Hey everyone, so my friend went and bought a dunlop crybaby today, and asked me to show him how to set it up. So i went to his house to hook it up for him. He has 2 different amps a Spider II and a Peavey( not sure which model). The problem was when he tried to use the pedal with his spider II the sound was very quiet. When his amp is on the insane and metal modes, there is no distortion at all. On his Peavey Amp it sounds fine.

Can any one offer help?

Modeling amps usually don't like pedals...but I would think that it would at least work...may sound like shit...but still work.

usually, spider II/IIIs suck with pedals. especially wahs.

a wah switches from bass to treble frequencies. so it would dampen the distortion when you release it all the way up.
