Hey everyone, well i'm just wondering if you guys have any set ab routines because i've been working out and i've been doing exercises to train my core and get it stronger.. but i want more of a routine that i can do at night or every other night, and in the morning REALLY feel it. i've been working out for quite a few months now, i have a good diet, no junk food, sugary drinks, pops, nothing.. so i already have visable abs, i'm just trying to bring them out more with even more cardio, working out, and more diet. haha, so could you guys maybe help me out with a nightly routine that works my abs effectively and evenly? P.S. i'm 5'10" and 135 lbs so i'm quite lean. Thanks a lot everyone

Maybe use dumbbells if you want to make it tougher?

yes, dumbbells would work. but i want more of like 3-5 exercises i can do every night a couple of reps each, to get my abs really showing though
