Hi

I just bought a new pedalboard (Gator Powered Pedal Tote Pro) and it came with the Gator Gbus-8Power supply.

All of the 9v power leads were fine, but the 18v one doesn't fit into my EHX Hoilier Grail, which is really lame.

The holier grail takes a 5.5mm connector, and that is exactly what I have, but for some reason, the little pin inside the pedal is too fat to fit into my cable! I am currently using an old laptop power supply, but this is not ideal as I would like to power all of my pedals from one spot.

So does anyone know anything about these oddly sized EHX power sockets, and is there somewhere I can but a power patch lead that will fit?

Thanks

Stupid ehx has to be weirdos and make each pedal need a specific power supply. I have a DC brick power supply but I have to use another adapter for my Holy Grail which is supposed to come with the pedal but didn't for mine, grrr.
Plus the silly pedal has like a bad connection or something because if it gets bumped it'll cut out while it's switched on.

i think i managed to solve this one, so this will benefit you as well.

the 18v leads are 5.5mm EXTERNAL DIAMETER, but they don't tell you internal diameter.

Standard pedals have 2.1mm internal diameter, HOWEVER, ehx use 2.5mm. You can buy a simple 2.1mm to 2.5mm adapter!
