Hagstroms. I personally like the UltraLux XL-2 and XL-5, but the F-series guitars are pretty good too.

Are we talking about an S series here? Because an RG is really not that thin.

I think the Aerodyne Fender Strats are thinner than normal strats, if you can still find one.

alot of jacksons are simelar in physical spec to ibanez.

ibanez and jackson superstrats are quite simelar in shape.

i have my RG and my friend has a jackson soloist, they feel quite simelar to me shape wise.

S series are quite rounded(right?) so maybe look into schecter

Epiphone Hummingbird

There isn't anything out there nearly as slim as the S series body. It's what the Saber's famous for. The sleekest guitars out there would still be twice as meaty around the edges.
Fender Japan Stratocaster Ibanez Pro540 Power Ibanez Pro540 Saber Ibanez 430S Ibanez S540 Charvel LSXIII w/GraphTech Ghost MIDI Parker Fly Artist Ibanez S1220 Mesa F30 Roland GR20 Roland Microcube + IBANEZ TREMS STILL SUCK!

This.

Of course, a nice parker could suffice for a slim and sleek guitar.
