i have been practicing more than a week trill excercises, but i can't stand with my left hand pain anymore...well i can...but..im tired of been able to reach the same time i make a fast trill, it start hurting and it automatically starts slowing the speed of my trill until i can't anymore :S.

Lately, i've been practicing the Troy Stetina - Speed Mechanics For Lead Guitar book, i'm trying to make the excercises perfect until the Ex 08 but no success yet.

What would you recommend me?

Play a little slower and perfect your technique at that speed. Once you've done that you can speed up and you'll have much less pain at the faster tempo.
