I'm bored, and I feel like watching a film with an unusual plot and really interesting, artistic cinematography. People have recommended Lola Rennt and House of Flying Daggers.

What's something else? It doesn't have to be in English, and I quite like old films but it would be good if this one was modern.

The only advantage of home-schooling is that it gives you good reason to commit suicide.

Hit this once or twice, and you'll be twice as nice.

I've already seen it but might watch again. I don't remember the dog. And the woman on the phone in her room at the beginning seems to be significant but I don't know how.

its all about the dog on the stairs, when it goes into cartoon mode. first she skirts around it, then she vaults it, then it bites her. thats the main hinge of the whole story.

Citizen Kane. Probably the best cinematography you'll ever see.
