i changed the strings on my ibanez rg120 and, originally, the tremelo bridge was touching the body of the guitar, but now it is not touchung the body and the guitar cant hold the tuning with new strings. im wondering if i made the strings too tight when i put them on and that is what is causing the bridge to rise or what? help me.

Tighten the springs in the back with a screwdriver. There should be 2 screws that they attach to. Loosen you strings ALOT before you do this or you could break them by adding more tension.

You can use the same ones, that doesn't matter, just leave more slack in them before you tie them and start to tune it.
