i bought a Dimarzio D activator X and installed it in the bridge. now, i'm wondering if i installed it upside down or not. i looked at my JB that was in there before and i installed it the same way as in the lead was at the bottom so it was closer to the controls. different brands, different things. I wonder if i did it right. sound good, bu could it sound better??

Is the logo on it upside down? If so, yes.

there' actually no logo on it. no dimarzio has logos. and logos are usually sideways on all pickups. the bars are nonadjustable in height and they are both the exact same height.. it probably doesnt matter, but then again, i odnt know.

I believe it makes a difference tonally...but not a bad difference usually.
I've bought, sold, and traded more gear than I care to admit.
