I've been Thinking: so the bible tells us to "forgive our enemies".....

and yet God will punish for eternity anyone who doesn't repent before they leave the Earth. So how wold I expect to forgive someone who has done significant wrong who has already passed away and lived that way to the very end, when not even God would forgive him? Or am I getting this wrong?

Old Testament - God "punished" people.
New Testament - Jesus saves. Through Him dying on the cross for our sins.

Hell isn't really a place, it's more of a "state." It is the absence of God. If you don't have God in your life now, why would you want Him after, therefore choosing "Hell." You wouldn't be happy with Him anyways. You punish yourself, kinda. There's so much more, but I'm pretty high.

If I recall correctly it states in the revelations or something God will throw the devil and his demons in the "eternal fire" along with all the evil people when "Jesus comes"...or something to that effect.

We all know by now that weed isn't harmful. Hell, I've never missed Mass because I was baked... I just enjoyed the colors more. I'm honestly a pretty hardcore Catholic, and I firmly believe that since weed isn't bad for you and it doesn't separate me from God that it's not a big dill.

Well, to be perfectly honest, he was a real prick with the whole rejecting me and my authority business, and he really wasn't terribly kind to my son, either. So why would I forgive him? I got enough friends as it is. Like 7 Billion of them.

This.

Read up a few posts. God forgives all those who ask for it. Satan can be forgiven as easily as all of us, but Satan wants to be better than God, he wants to beat God. He tries to pull others away from God. Satan is just really competitive is all.

Revelations is a messed up book. It's so... cryptic to say the least. I don't think many people know exactly what is meant by everything in Revelations. It was written in a "code" so to speak to hide it from the Romans, or other baddies.

I'm pretty sure he can't sin at all.
EDIT: I've heard a theory that the book of Revelations is about how Jesus would come back again to save his followers from the Romans, which obviously didn't happen.

Well that's kinda why you can't take the bible literally. It was divinely inspired, meaning God told humans what to write down, but nonetheless, it was humans writing the stuff down. You have to look at it from the perspective of the people of those times and stuff, too.
