Which one works better? I want to buy one of them, and I've read good and bad reviews for both, so I want some opinions from the people that own either of these pedals of what they like and don't like about them.

The Decimator simply uses better, more up to date noise reduction technology.

I think the Hum Debugger only gets rid of 60 cycle hum. I'm not a fan of EH pedals, so I'm not entirely sure.

Have you researched into why your rig is humming/making noise? Usually, it can be fixed without having to buy a noise suppressor pedal.
