Hi, when i play my telecaster, mostly on the bridge pickup i get a crackling sound coming from my amp. Weirdly though it stops when i touch the volume controls and such for a bit, then carries on. Please help :p

no the whole electronic circuit. when you touch the pot you ground your guitar therefor the humming stops. i think a ground wire from the output jack to the bridge will solve the problem.

what you also could try is shielding it with aluminium foil
