Ok, so I just routed out my guitar from a TOM to a floyd rose, (without a guided bit, mind you) and it looks pretty darn good if I do say so myself.

Now, my question is, do I have to remove the neck angle, or will it intonate fine how it is?

im gonna imagine the neck angle question should have been asked before the router was pulled out. What kind of guitar? If its a LP with a set neck then you wont really have any choice about the neck angle.

Meh, I wasn't thinking before I pulled the router out.
Its a dean, that's all I know. I'll post pica later, as my computer crashed.
No, the T.O.M was not rescessed

lol ummm raise the floyd really high to compensate for the neck angle? that's about all i can think of man.
I am me. Live with it.

stop bumping it, delete all your bumps, now!

Just raise the floyd and it should be fine, The fr does need a bit of a neck angle but not as much as a tom, so if you just raise it a bit higher it will be fine
