NO. Do not use Google Translate.

It would be "Sublevacion de los leprosos" or "Sublevacion leprosa"

its technically right, even though it doesn't sound right. "Sublevación" is "Uprising" and "del" is "of the" which is needed in spanish :/

Just remember when the noun is feminine, the adjective has to be too. elevacion/sublevacion leprosa

revolucion leprosa or de los leprosos.

idk, my spanish isn't that great even though i've been speaking it 20 years now, but that's what i would do.
