If you start a reply with: I have never played one but I have heard good things about it! Your opinion is invalid.

Nice little amp.

Used to have one....crapped out after about 5 mins of playing once I got it home. I went back to my little music shop, traded it for my beloved Blues Junior, and I still see that damn thing in the store years later. They're selling it for like $300 last I saw.
Fighting the good fight since 'ought-diggity.

I was this () close to pulling the trigger on the SoCal, but I decided that, for now, I am completely happy with the sound of the V33H for what I'd use the SoCal.

Is she up yet? It's after 10am on the west coast, tell her that much beauty sleep won't help.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, then it hit me.

nice! I tried the grainger version of that- very warm tone, i liked it except it sounded a bit too close to my valve junior.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

It's very nice. It has a nice top end with a strat plugged into it. Hardly any gain, though

I don't think it helped in the first place

She was awake when I went to work last night

She got up at 2 yesterday

yeah, from what i remember, not much more than classic rock, even on the drive channel. but that's fine if that's the tone you're after, of course- you can have too much gain, and too modern a voicing, for certain styles of music as well as too little.

i think i tried it with a yamaha pacifica? can't really remember, though.
