I would
Polish The Fretboard
Adjust Your Saddles Higher
Clean your Fretboard
And I Would Restring it When Raising By The Strings

I would raise the pickups when Im done stringing it too.

You're asking questions that can't be answered without more information than you gave. if your frets are worn/uneven, you need leveling/crowning/polishing. if your neck is straight, but there is too much tension on the truss rod, you'll have backbow. a simple matter to correct and you might only need a minor adjustment and everything else will fall into order.

OR your nut might be cut too deeply and need to be replaced.

Go here: The ULTIMATE Guitar Setup Q and A thread and READ the first post. if you still have questions, ask them there. Else have Daddy's look at your guitar and advise you what you need.

/thread.

EDIT:

Are you brain-dead?
Jimmy closed 2 of your threads on this topic earlier today.

And he TOLD you to use the set-up thread in both cases.
I'll be very surprised if you don't get a warning or ban for making this thread.
