Is there a pedal out there that sounds similar to a DS-1, but is analog/true bypass/not a tone sucker? I love the sound of the DS-1 but I feel like I should be able to do better for my rig. I'm probably not going to buy anything any time soon, this is just out of curiosity.

Zvex box of rock?
EHX English Muff'n?

Let's hear it!
Telecaster - SG - Jaguar
Princeton Reverb, Extra Reverb
P-Bass - Mustang Bass
Apogee Duet 2 - Ableton Suite

The DS-1 is analog.

[quote="'[BurnTheDusk"]']Boss pedals may be built like tanks but I would rather buy a cardboard box that is on my side than pay for a tank that is working against me.
