I doubt that kind of amp exists.

You are asking for too much for such a little budget.

I think there is a Vox modelling amp which is only a 5W but has a valve to boost it up to 40W, i paid £99 for mine but ended up taking it back because i didnt like all the modelling channels

It's nice and it's got plenty of gain, but don't expect it to do death metal or grindcore or anything like that.

But I'd look at modelling combos if I was you, give the Peavey Vypyr a shot, it's quite popular with metalheads.
