it pretty much fits everything im looking for in a guitar, but im a bit wary of buying anything signature, but i love this down to the fretboard inlays
so is it a good guitar for the price?

no i havent tried it out, and i have asked but none of the guitar shops in the area stock esps, and cant order them in, it sucks, so i came to the fountain of knowledge that is UG

im not a huge fan of the ibanez s series, no doubt they are nice guitars but there is something bout ibanez necks, but the last esp i played was nice

Looks pretty nice, although kind of expensive for a basswood guitar. Are those active pickups or not? They better be at that price, and is that an actual Floyd, not licensed?

If yes to all the above, then ok if you really want to spend that much go for it.

Otherwise, you can get a lot more for your money if you buy used or get something that is not a sig model and customize it yourself.

Yes Basswood's a pretty inexpensive and less stellar "tonewood". I can;t say much about prices in UK or Europe but the price equates to about $1000.00 CAD here and that's alot of money for the LTD! Here in North America LTD's the less expensive line from ESp and generally can be had for well under 1K CAD.
