Err... probably not the greatest thing. Low end Ovations aren't especially well built(although the American built ones are quite high quality), so I can only imagine what their even lower Squier-esque brand is like.

Probably a waste of $50 - if you've never played one I really don't recommend getting one. Especially not that one.
