Hey, just a quick question

Would a mahogany body and neck with ebony fretboard sound too muddy with bareknuckle pickups? (nailbomb and cold sweat)

The fretboard should have nothing to do with tone.
And it should be fine, though just to be sure (if this is a build and not a mod) add a maple cap on.
But since they're Bareknuckle's, they're going to be incredibly articulate. Should be perfect.

Tuning, scale length and string guage?

warm, but probably not too muddy.

It actually has.
The maple fretboard is slightly brighter.

But hardly noticeable, and with maple fretboards its because its usually part of the neck, unlike rosewood or ebony.

Should be just right then. Bubinga is similar to maple, though a bit less bright if I recall.

the fret board has alot to do with the tone.

it'll be fine though, kind of les paul-ish depending on scale and pickups and other details..
