So yeah, I'm in the market for a practice amp i can play around the house as currently I've got to plug in to my 100watt Laney which as nice as it is its not all that practical when kicking back and jamming else where in the house

I'm guessing that a 15w would serve me well as I've got a budget of about £70-100...been looking at the Vox pathfinder 15r (?) and that sounded pretty tasty but I just thought I'd consult UG before I go shelling out my hard earned dollar

Btw: I mostly play blues these days (Stevie ray, B.B king, Robert Cray type stuff), and the heaviest I go is probably the late AC/DC type material so some decent overdrive is required but it ain't a necessity

Edit: Thanks in advance

No

The Epi sounds pretty terrible, and has no EQ options.

Get a Blackheart Little Giant, if you're going to go with a small tube amp.
5/3Watts, and Treble, Middle and Bass controls. Add an OD to the mix and you've got a great set up.

EDIT:

Just saw the budget

Peavey Vypyr 15 is probably the way to go, then.
Or a Roland Microcube!
