Hey!

I'm wondering what will happen if I connect a boss tu2 tuner into the fx send on the back of my marshall mg? Will it blow up? :p

lol no it not but its pointless anyway...the best place for a tuner is right at the front of your effects chain

^ to elaborate, the tuner wont respond well to the possibly overdriven sound from the pre-amp, its always best to put the tuner in the cleanest/earliest part of the chain, before any other effects or distortion.

You can put any tuner, anywhere.
You can connect the tuner to the effects send with one cable. Tuner IN > Send
MARSHALL JVM 210H
PEAVEY JSX
KRANK 412
MESA 412
FENDER STRATS
DIMARZIO
CELESTION

Does the MG have a serial or parallel loop. If its serial the 1 cable thing wont work. But you really want your tuner to be the first thing your signal hits. Before its been compressed, distorted, overdriven, and processed.

This. You want to purest signal to hit the tuner.
