House of The Rising Sun is pretty easy but really fun to play.

Maybe play some Rise Against? I recommend Blood to Bleed

For something chaotic I would say Helter Skelter by The Beatles. No as chaotic as some newer music, but it is a timeless classic that is fun as all hell.
