Who's your favorite Batman and why? Personally, I like all of them but Clooney, he isn't a good Batman.

Any Batman voiced by Kevin Conroy.

So TAS Batman.

And, because he's awesome.

EDIT: As hilarious as Adam West is, probably Christian Bale. I hate that stupid growly voice, but the new Batman movies are the only Batman movies that don't make me cringe everytime I see them.

DON'T MAKE ME DESTROY YOU!

Kevin Conroy, Christian Bale.

Val Kilmer was good too, but his movie wasn't, so he loses points.

edit:
imo,
Adam west was campy. Not a fan.
Keaton was a good Batman but not a good Bruce Wayne.
Kilmer was a good Batman, a better Bruce Wayne, and is endorsed by Bob Kane. But batman forever sucks.
Clooney..... 'nuff said.
Bale has everything Batman, and everything Wayne. Helps that his movies are the best.

Kevin Conroy is the Batman I grew up on, so he wins.

Christian Bale.

He's the most human of them all, IMO. Adam West is great for his camp value, but Bale is the best of the modern Batmen.

Keaton was good, and Kilmer was..... alright. Clooney was just too suave to be Batman. Granted, "Batman and Robin" was a steaming pile of monkey anus, but he could have brought something to the screen, at least.

Bale just has every trait that I want in a Batman.

Kilmer was my fav, until Bale showed up.I actually didn't like Bale at first because I liked Kilmer so much.If only Forever would have been better.

Christian Bale by a mile...the first Batman I believed would actually kick my ass.

But I'll always have a soft spot for Keaton.

Bale is a good bruce wayne, but a bad batman. I think it's something about the cheesy lines, and the wierd voice.

Once I saw/heard Bale doing the deep voice I thought he was a genius for doing it because if not, people would find out that Bruce Wanye was Batman!

It's a shame DC recently killed him off in the comics.

Explain. I heard nothing of this.

And you would have to be dumb to think there won't be anymore Batman comics.

They killed Superman in the 90s, and peple shat so many bricks that they brought him back.

But the difference is that Superman sucks and Batman has the ability to kill him at anytime.

......No.

I don't like Superman at all, but even I know that's being a bit too biased.

What does that have to do with Batman being able to kill him?

And, it happens. Jesus' story is a rip off of about four or five other religions, down to the exact detail. Unoriginality can always be made into an original idea.

Adam West. I prefer the campy Batman to the mega-serious nerdgasm-causing Batman.
Though Heath's Joker is the best. Cesar Romero's good, but he doesn't even touch Jack Nicholson.

I was tempted to say Michael Keaton, but I went with Christian Bale. It really helps that Bale had the better scripts to work with, though (no disrespect to Batman 1989 intended - I still love that movie). I might have said Keaton if the two actors had switched movies, but now we'll never know.
