To be honest I hate stadium gigs. I feel the sound isn't great and theres never a very energic feel in the crowd. But that's just my opinion.

Rock City in Nottingham, or the Academy in Manchester.

Pooping is well good though, to be fair.

Speaking of underground, I think when we get that missile silo it's gonna be a pretty sweet venue.

I agree with the Barrowlands

Great acoustics and usually a good atmosphere about the place

Also trampoline floors FTW

Wembley Stadium doesn't have very good acoustics (obv. because it wasn't really built for this type of thing). I saw Live Earth there and somethings were inaudible. Mixing wasn't too great either, but I guess that would be the show, not the venue.

Just an opinion

I've only been to a couple of major venues, but the venue with the absolute best acoustics I've heard is the Warfield in SF. You would have to try to sound like crap there. But somehow All That Remains managed to do it

Not seen a show in Wembley but on the topic of stadiums i really dont like them for a gig. Saw the chillis at hampden and the foo's at eastbank (both stadiums) didnt enjoy myself

When I saw Metallica there in '07 (I think) the sound was pretty good for them. Not for the supports though.

Taking out of context FTW!

Best venue? Anyplace that's not too big, because intimate small gigs with good music > bigass stadium gigs with good music.

Exactly what I was going to say. Although we didn't actually get it.... Did we?

Other than that, I've always had a soft-spot for Brixton Academy.

EDIT -
I have thought of others.
