Maybe a tornado? Don't quote me on that though

Actually, it might be the JA90 Tele. Except it has hb's instead of soapbars and a different bridge..

It looks really similar to the JA-90 Telecaster, the signature guitar for Jim Adkins (frontman for Jimmy Eat World).

Thing is, his uses SD soapbar pickups, not humbuckers... but it's the closest I could get off the top of my head.

EDIT: Here's a link;

EDIT2: And his doesn't use a tremelo, it has a tune-o-matic bridge.

I checked some pics, and the JA-90 Telecaster looks pretty close.

Fender should know, email them

My guess would be custom shop; if it was a production model the Tele guys here would have been able to ID it.

I've never seen a Telecaster with that kind of bridge and pick-up selector. Definitely a Tele body though. Ask the Telecaster Fan Thread

You traded him a sword for the guitar? You do realize that a smart person would just agree to the trade, take the sword, slay you with it, keep all of the loot and call it a day, right?

Different bridge on that.

True, but it could easily be a prototype or a custom adaption.

As said before, try to ask Fender themselves.

Also, his has been debated before, I don't think there was a definitive conclusion on that either.

What does it look like? My new dream guitar O_O

Also, it is CLEARLY not a tornado body. Stop throwing that out there.
