stay calm
mebe do a small workout before the gig to get your blood flowing and increase confidence
but not too many so your knackered before you start

But yeah. Go get them tiger!
sometimes I see us in a cymbal splash or in the sound of a car crash
yeah you will freaggin nervous, but once on stage, if you are confident with all the songs your playing, you will be more calm. One thing is not to think to much about what your playing and more about your stage presence, because if you know all the perfectly you won't have to think about it
Think about al the girls that'll talk to you after they see you live for the first time

So go out and impress them, not to mention your bandmates and yourself

Just chillax man, music is really about having fun, just put your soul into it and let loose.
