Does the Vyper 15w support any pedals, such as a Boss DS-1? It says it doesn't support footswitches, but I'm not certain what the difference is.

well vypers are like the line 6 spider series, they do use footpedals, but you need to be using a clean channel, unless you have a mixer.

You can use a pedal on any amp, they connect through the same means as your guitar's signal, so it only makes sense that you would be able to.
Not that you'd want to run pedals through a vypyr to be honest; it's a modeling amp.

No, this isn't true at all.
It can be on any channel.

A footswitch controls the amp's options directly. The 15 does not support this. The 15 has a great clean so it may sound ok with pedals in front, but I've never tried it with mine.
