Recently I got two 'new' old guitars, second hand. I was wondering if anyone could tell me something about them, as I know pretty much nothing.

According to the headstock:
A FS Series AriaPro II, and a Encore something. Google hasn't turned up anything.

Aria, 22 Frets. 3 single coil P'ups, volume and tone knobs, 5 way selector.
Pretty much a standard strat copy, not sure of the wood. Can't find a serial number.
There's sticky spot on the back of the head where a sticker that might have had a serial number on it could have been.

Got this for $2 from a church,

Encore, 21 frets, Humbucker and two single coils. once again cant find a serial number. Got this for $10.

Sorry, I cant give you much more information. If you want pics of anything else just ask.

Thanks.

Can't wait until next weekends garage sales.

does anyone know anything about them? If they're worth more than $10?

Replace the neck on the 2 dollar one and that's a major steal.

Is the $2 one fixable do you think? It looks like a sick guitar.

Talk to a pro on that one, get the nick wrong and it will never stay in tune. I would steer clear of GC or any other major chain, they'll just be looking to squeeze every dollar out of you that they can. If there's a used guitar shop in your town or one nearby, go there. If you happen to live near/in San Antonio, TX, go to Krazy Kat Music on St. Mary's St.
