Recently I've been looking at modding my DS-1 to Keeley Specs. I founda few guides online and found this list of components needed:

* 0.1uF Capacitor x 5
* 1uF Capacitor x 4 (or two 0.47uF caps in parallel, it should give the same results)
* 0.047uF Capacitor x 1
* 3mm LED x 1
* on/on SPDT switch
* 2.4k Resistor x 1
* 20k Resistor x 1
* 1.5k Resistor x 1
* 220pf Cap x 1
* 47pf Cap x 1

However upon searching to buy these components encountered hundreds of different types of capacitors and resistors. I have no idea what I'm supposed to buy.

Does anyone have any reccomendations and are there any other components I'm missing.

For refrence the site I got this from was http://www.geocities.com/overdrivespider/DS1/keeleyds1.htm

Are there any step by step guides out there other then this to do the mod as I'm a newbie and this is my first mod?
The gear:

* Epiphone Les Paul Custom
* Schecter Jeff Loomis Signature 7 String
* Fender Squier P Bass
* Blackstar Stage HT-60
* Original Crybaby
* EHX Small Clone
* Boss DD-3

Metal film resistors, 1/4w is fine for a pedal.

Film caps when possible, ceramics for the small values (pf). You should be able to get 1uf film caps, or as mentioned just use 2 0.47uf in parallel.

I got everything from smallbear and I had a list 3 times as big as yours.

Check out the Ultimate DS-1 mod on here before you commit to the keeley mod. I don't have experience with the keeley but there are several who do and like the Ultimate mod better.
