I'm looking for a good humbucker to do cleans, since the EMG 81 I have in my bridge doesn't quite do the job. The guitar is an old Ibanez S470, and I play through a Line 6 AX2 (back when Line 6s had good cleans. Hehehe.)
I have no price limit.
I play guitar in a ska band.

Well, my favourite are WCRs, but they are a more vintage sounding pickup. i hear good things about Bare Knuckle pickups all the time, though

I've got a Seymour Duncan SH-2 in my neck and it's absolutely sparkly clean and gorgeous.
Don't really think you'd get the best use out of it in the bridge though

Sorry, should've clarified- I am looking for a neck pup.

if you're planning on keeping the 81, you need to be looking at other actives or change the whole set.

not necessarily, you can have an Active an a passive pickup in the same guitar. it just has to be wired a little differently. there will also be a loss in signal, but is he likes the cleans from the passive and the dirty sounds from the active, i'd say go for it.
