I usually play metal and all its subgenres (mainly metalcore and deathcore). I feel like I'm just not getting better. Could you guys give me some suggestions? I'll play anything but country. I'm even up for some blues slide. Thanks ahead of time.

I have no idea where to even start with it though. I just bought a slide if I wanted to learn, but I have no clue who actually plays slide :\

Maybe try learning some Opeth? Covers a ton of musical styles from jazz, folk, to death metal.
