As some of you may know, I'm in the (slow) process of building a Jagstang to my liking. I played a Les Paul the other day at GC and it was easier to make chords. Can anyone explain why and how I can get that playability on the jagstang?

Thnx

No, I think it was more like the fretboard was wider so better string spacing? 'Cuz I've always felt that the strings are a little squished at the top of a fender neck.

Gibson's have thicker neck profiles than Fender. Wider and thicker. If you get a neck from Warmoth you can prolly do that.
