when playin in a little room my guitar only sounds good with the volume pretty low if i turn it up you hear a lot of other noise. now if i was in a bigger space would it sound better louder? what volume should i keep a little 15 watt amp in a small room?

Volume is taste related and amp specific. That said, if you turn an amp up in a small room it will sound louder because the sound bounces off the walls faster. It would sound quieter but better in a more open space.

headphones.

or

stay a distance from the amp, keep the guitar and amp from electronics,
that usually causes fuzzy noises

I usually just use headphones, because my idiot brother plays drums and if I play guitar out loud he'll go play them
