I have a question about the Squier Standard Teles. Are they already routed for a humbucker in the neck? I know the Fender MIM Teles are, but I dunno about the Squiers.

sigh teles just dont do well with humbuckers imo if a tele was enough for jimmys solos eg. stairway to heaven well thats enough for me.

I really dunno, the body just got a hole for a singlecoil in the neck, a humbucker does not fits there

It should be legal to kill each other. That'd put an end to debates and forums like this AND help with population control.

you can put a stacked humbucker sized single coil. or a rails.

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.

Thanks guys.

Doesn't seem like it would be very hard to reroute it for a HB.

Then again, I don't know anything about woodworking.

I do like the sound of it. Either a humbucker or a P90 would sound cool. I may look into single-coil sized ones.

I think it's an easy job when you have the skills, but like you, I don't know about this. I think to pay someone would be too expensive for me, considering this guitar.

lies lies lies. ever tried a telecaster with humbuckers?

i think it needs to be routed, but you can get the custom model which already has 2 humbuckers installed.
I like analogue Solid State amps that make no effort to be "tube-like", and I'm proud of it...

...A little too proud, to be honest.
