Very few 'metal' songs are in drop C...there are a TON of 'metalcore' songs though. I personally think metal is metal and hate all the subgenres but I don't wanna hear any bitchin'.

Killswitch Engage, Bullet For My Valentine, etc.

Scream- Avenged Sevenfold (Intermediate)
Indestructable- Disturbed (Beginner)
Lost in Hollywood- System Of A Down (Beginner)
Deer Dance- SOAD (Beginner)
My Curse- Killswitch Engage (Intermediate) (Delay Pedal)
They Say- Scars On Broadway (Beginner)
World Long Gone- Scars On Broadway (Beginner)
Shine With Me- P.O.D (Beginner)
Alive- P.OD (Beginner) (May be Drop D just depends on how you play it.)

Pretty Much all of the SOAD songs are drop C as well as Scars On Brodway but, not everyone likes Daron Malakian So I listed others, these are pretty fun songs, most are simple for the most part. If you wanna venture just a little lower into Drop B, Then You
can play Slipknot which has all very simple songs, but really Drop C has plentey of songs to offer. In fact my guitar is in C now.

Have Fun With It!!!
