I know custom shop guitars are expensive, but what would be a decent price for the following (I plan to have Schecter build it for me)?

Telecaster w/ creme binding on body, neck, and hedastock (3-a-side type). Transparent Dark Blue finish (so dark its almost black).
mahogany body, quilt-maple top, mahogany set-neck.
EMG or Seymour Duncan passive humbuckers (covered), creme frames around humbuckers. Telecaster type controls.
Adjust-o-matic bridge, Bigsby tremolo, and Grover tuners.

What would be a decent price range? $1000-$3000?

doesanybody make a mahogany tele stock?

No not normally as Teles are associated with country and the like - high snappy tones
mahogany - dark tone

Sort of conflicting ideas to be worth making a production guitar out of

Yes, Fender made the tele FMT for a while. If you looked you could probably find one used.
