Sorry, I know this is kind of a n00b question. So I'm looking to convert my AD Strat into a dual-humbucker configuration and I know I need pickups that have Fender spacing (in this case, Duncan Trembucker spacing). The question I have is whether I have to get a Trembucker for the bridge AND neck, or does just the bridge have to be spaced differantly? I know lame question, but any help would be appreciated
I think your neck pickup has regular spacing but you do need a trembucker for the bridge.
yeah thats what I was thinking. Cos the afterstock pickguards I saw only had an option for trembucker routing to the bridge...
measure the string spacing between the two E strings over the pickups - 48mm is standard spacing, 51.5mm is F spaced.
