Looks something like Epiphone ES 175, but i think the control knobs are slightly different.

Looks like any other archtop acoustic to be honest haha. I've got a 1962 Kay that looks like that, minus the cutaway and electronics. But I don't think it's a Kay, the layout of the knobs is different. Just look for archtops on Google Images
