so my band and i just started to practice the day that never comes by metallica, i thought punk was the coolest thing to play and hard rock, but just after this ive started to love those bands that i used to hate, megadeth, heavy metallica, even iron maiden, (I was in more in to glam metal, like motley crue, quiet riot, etc.) Ive found really fun to play metal, dynamic, definetly not repetitive, but there are issues.

My bassist is kinda a begginer (the drummer, me and the other guitarist, we rock) so i need to find classic metal songs with cool drums and guitars but easy bass, i was looking peace sells by megadeth, but it might be too hard for him, so any advice.

By the way another question, in terms of own songs, one day we play pop rock, other day punk, other day hard rock, other day reggae, i really like writing about love, but is there some trash metal that talks about love?

Thanks...

EDIT: By begginer, i mean that he took more than an hour to learn perfecly the bass of song 2

The point of underground bands is their not popular or famous most of the time. Thus there is a good chance they suck.

If by love you mean breaking things, getting drunk, killing people and the destruction of society then yes.

And it's thrash not trash.

EDIT: For some good and easy thrash songs I would suggest you try to learn most of the songs on Kill Em All, they are pretty easy and your bassist should (hopefully) have no trouble with them.
