in my fretting hand i feel like i have tension in my arm, no matter what the speed I'm playing at after just under a minute, because it isn't only when im trying to play fast I'm guessing its just an arm ache and not tension? is approx 50 seconds of scales up and down meant to be enough to give me a weird pain near my elbow? unfortunately I can't give a video due to my lack of a camera.

ask questions if it help 'diagnose' my technique problem.

PS. the video on my profile is terrible, and nothing alike to how i play now, nor are the mp3s.

figured it out that i was fretting too hard when playing slow, so the slower i went the harder it was to play i played fast and slowed down to improve my technique
