I've been thinking about buying a used one from ebay or something.
Are they any good?
I heard they have a nice range.

i find them to be adjustable and have pretty good tone. what genres do you play?
Ibanez S320 with Dimarzio Fred + Seymour Duncan 59-> Weeping Demon Wah -> Ibanez TS-7 -> Homemade iBoost x3 -> Keeley DS-1 -> Visual Sound H2O -> MXR Ten Band -> Traynor YCV20

Very adjustable, but the tone is a little digital IMO. Its good for metal, and hard rock, not so much for classic Shaft theme song kind of wah.

I've had one for a couple of years, and I wouldn't recommend it. It's ok I guess but go for a 535Q instead, it has better quality. Like tubetime86 said, it sounds way too digital and you wouldn't want to record an album with it.
