Technically it's not true Gregorian Chant because it has an accompaniment. True chant is unaccompanied. Also, 90% of Gregorian Chant was modal. This is not modal. It is in the harmonic minor, not natural minor so it wouldn't be considered as using the Aeolian mode.

I once saw this band live, Johnny and the something? i dunno but they did a cover of the final countdown that kicked so much ass. it was like a funk ska thing and i didnt even know it was the final countdown until the chorus hahah it was ace though

Real Gregorian Chants are ridiculous. This isn't a real Gregorian chant, as it heavily focuses on the accompaniment like you mentioned. Regardless, it's kind of cool anyway.
