Enjoy, Oh and yes thats the title of the song

You'd never know just by looking at me
Your eyes tell a different story but the same ending
The ways we used to make love
It can now be called the sad old past

So can I still hold to our special moments?
Can I smile when I'm sad?
I let you go with everything
You left me here without you

I know it sounds played out
I should be more original
But I can't tell in more than one way
How much I really love you

So can I still hold to our special moments?
Can I smile when I'm sad?
I let you go with everything
You left me here without you

And how can I still believe?
Think of having faith?
Maybe we were never meant to happen?
Thats what I still need

So can I still hold to our special moments?
Can I smile when I'm sad?
I let you go with everything
You left me here without you

So let me go on
My mind still won't forget
But I can manage to close my eyes
Past the chaos and madness

So can I still hold to our special moments?
Can I smile when I'm sad?

You silly, silly guys. You're so silly.

So, crit: I really like the title.

You have some scansion (the rhythm of the syllables) issues, particularly early on in the song. Also, you're correct about this bit:
I know it sounds played out
I should be more original
But I think you're aware of that.

I think this would work perfectly well as an unambitious, but nevertheless possibly hugely-popular-for-a-while-among-teen-aged-girls, guitar ballad. May you peel many panties in the quest for booty, if that's your goal. If you want to write a good song, though, don't rest on your laurels.
