I'm using AT2 and AA3 together and I can't figure out how to fade in and fade out while using AA2 on the same track. it just comes out as the same volume throughout. Can anyone help?

Do you want the entire clip to fade out? (like an ending of a song)
-Mixdown and use the "fade out" option in the effects tab on the area you want to fade, ON THE MIXDOWN TRACK.

Do you want to fade on a single track, so it will only fade out that part? (guitar fades out, then comes back in loud, while no other tracks fade out but instead maintain volume)
-Right click the track you want to edit, and I think it actually is "edit track properties" or something similar. click that, and follow the same way as if you're doing the first of my solutions (up there^^^). Only apply it to the track you are on. After you have edited, go to multitrack view, and it'll return you to the normal view.
