I have a Squier Strat and am looking for (another) capo.
I have a black Keyse Classic right now, but i'm going to start using it with my accoustic when we go pick it up.
For my electric, i'm looking at the Dunlop Trigger capo where the only thing close to the fingerboard is the top of the capo.

I use a keyser quick change.

It's dependable enough for me

trigger capos are fine, but sometimes they pull the strings out of tune.

shubb make an affordable capo that you can fine tune.

it isnt as quick as a trigger. but it'll still save you time fine tuning strings back and forth.

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.

not too worried about that, my current Keyser does that.
Its usually not too big a tone difference anyway.

True, but no matter how good a player you are, if you're out of tune, you'll sound awful
Anyway on matter; if you're not worried about your guitars coming out of tune, then just go for a trigger
