Yeah, im wondering what settings and/or equipment would i need to emulate Slash's sound?

His sound is in his fingers.

And you need his equipment too ...

Most of Slash's tone comes from his fingers and playing style, but his equipment also has a good bit to do with it. Gibson Les Paul with Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro pickups and a Marshall JCM800 with a Crybaby Wah and an equalizer for solos would be your best bet.
