For more info on them, check out the movie, "American Hardcore". Really, what more needs to be said in terms of hardcore than Bad Brains? They were at the beginning of it all, and were powerful.

I remember two summers ago I spent a whole day with my friends looking for that movie. We never did find it

i know of black people in death metal bands.. one of The Faceless' guitarists and also Mike Smith the drummer of Suffocation

Two members of Suffocation are black; so is the guitarist for Veil of Maya and a large portion of God Forbid. Not exactly hardcore, I realize, but whatever.
My band, Escher
My progressive rock project, Mosaic

BTBAM IS ALWAYS RELEVANT

Everyone in my band is black. We're called The Blackup Plan.
My style is impetuous.
My defense is impregnable, and I'm just ferocious.
I want your heart.
I want to eat your children.

Im not really understanding the point of this thread. Is it just to point out what bands have black members?

Also a pretty good band called Oceano has an African-American screamer.

Thats pretty good **** right there!

Hardcore is stereotype to be mainly lower-middle class White Americans.
There are exceptions of course! Thats just the stereotype and majority.

Im Asian, just so you know.
