im looking at a zvex box of rock, a keeley ds-1 ultra, and a keeley rat-2

of those pedals.. which would you get?

sorry for not specifying.. i play at church.. and i do play some classic rock. but i want something that can get heavy but not like OMG so gainy! if you catch my drift.
for like the heavier songs and for some power chords and stuff.

and i use a fulldrive 2.. but its not enough "umph"..
im keeping it i just want something else for the heavier songs and that kind of thing

Again, they're all really different. I would personally go with the Keeley Rat, but that's just me. Have you tried out, or at least listened to demos of all the pedals?

The BOR is very, very Marshally. It doesn't clean up as well as the Rat II, but it does have a good boost on it. The BOR is more for straight up rocking, it pretty much covers one type of sound really well, with a bit of variation within it's specific field.

A DS-1 is a DS-1, some people like em, some don't
