so I have an ESP with a floyd rose on it, with some DR strings 10-46

the thing is the tension is really high and makes it harder to bend strings

how can I lower the tension so it doesnt take as much force

Make sure your Floyd is properly set up.

You could always switch to 9s instead.

It is set up i've had this guitar for almost a year its just I'm sick of having the higher string tension...

If I take out a spring would that help?

I don't think that would help, because you would have to tighten the other springs to compensate.

What tuning are you in?

How high is the action?

Is the truss rod set up properly?

I'm in Standard

and the truss rod need adjusting, it needs to be tightened so I figured out the problem I had with it buzzing on the frst 2 frets...

Theres not really a way to lower the tension if you want to use .010s in standard tuning. If the string tension is lower it will be tuned lower. Its a floating bridge if you remove a spring the bridge will be pulled up by the strings then to balance it you would tighten the remaining springs. All you can really do is lower the string gauge or build up your finger strength.

There's your problem.
I had the same one.

Get used to the tension.
->Have stronger hands.
-->Change size next time you change strings.
--->Bend even better on smaller strings.
